J Startup House - Stay Policies
1. General Policies
J Startup House offers short stays designed specifically for founders, entrepreneurs, and digital nomads.
Guests must adhere to all local laws and regulations while staying on the premises.
Noise levels should be kept at a minimum, especially in co-working and common areas.
Guests are expected to maintain a professional and respectful environment.
2. Check-In & Check-Out Policies
Check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
A valid government-issued ID or passport is required at check-in.
Guests must complete all check-in formalities online or at the reception before accessing their rooms.
3. Room & Dorm Policies
Guests are assigned their respective rooms or dorm beds upon arrival.
Shared dormitories are designed to create a productive environment, and guests must respect others' space and privacy.
Quiet hours in dorms are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Personal belongings should be kept secure; J Startup House is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Any damages to the room, furniture, or property will be charged to the responsible guest.
4. Community & Work Policies
Guests are encouraged to participate in networking and knowledge-sharing activities.
The co-working space is accessible to all short-stay guests during designated hours.
Video calls and meetings should be conducted in designated work areas to ensure a quiet environment.
High-speed internet is provided, but misuse or excessive downloading may result in restricted access.
Guests must use workspaces responsibly and keep them clean.
5. Visitors & Guest Policies
Only registered guests are allowed in rooms and dormitories.
Visitors are permitted in common areas but must leave by 9:00 PM.
Unauthorized overnight stays of non-registered guests will result in additional charges or removal from the premises.
6. Housekeeping & Laundry
Housekeeping services are provided on a daily basis.
Guests can request additional cleaning services at an extra charge.
Laundry services are available for a nominal fee.
7. Payment & Cancellation Policies
Full payment must be made at check-in, either via cash, online payment or card.
No refunds will be provided for early departures.
Cancellation policies vary based on the booking platform (OTA) used.
Guests must refer to their OTA confirmation for specific refund policies.
8. Security & Safety
The property is equipped with 24/7 CCTV surveillance for guest safety.
Guests should report any security concerns to the management immediately.
Fire exits must be kept clear at all times, and emergency procedures should be followed as instructed.
Tampering with security systems, fire alarms, or safety equipment will lead to immediate expulsion.
9. Code of Conduct
Guests must treat fellow residents, staff, and the property with respect.
Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in eviction.
Soliciting or marketing services to other guests without permission is prohibited.
Guests are encouraged to network, collaborate, and share knowledge while maintaining a professional decorum.
10. Termination of Stay
Management reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay without prior notice for violation of policies.
Guests must vacate the premises immediately upon termination.
Any belongings left behind after 1day will be disposed of.
11. Amendments & Updates
J Startup House reserves the right to modify these policies at any time.
Guests will be notified of major updates via email or official communication channels.
Staying at J Startup House implies agreement with these policies.
